Each person is permitted exactly one account on isb7. This means one account per individual, per household, per mobile number, and per payment method. We use these criteria in combination to detect duplicate accounts. Opening more than one account — whether intentionally or accidentally — is a violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are found, isb7 will consolidate them into one, close the duplicates, and may withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts.
Account access credentials — your login details and any linked OTP — are personal. You must not share your account with anyone else, allow anyone else to place bets on your behalf, or let another person access your isb7 balance. isb7 is not responsible for losses incurred through account access by a third party if you shared or disclosed your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact isb7 support immediately and we will lock your account pending investigation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on isb7. This is a firm rule with no exceptions. By registering on isb7, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal right to use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your location.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must bet a total of Rs 20,000 before the bonus converts to real money. Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account. The expiry date is shown in your account's bonus section and in the promotion terms. isb7 does not extend bonus expiry periods as a standard practice — plan your play sessions accordingly.
Cashback through the VIP Club is paid as real PKR — not bonus funds — at Gold tier and above. This means no wagering requirement applies to VIP cashback at those tiers. See Section 8 for VIP Club specific terms.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible — this is an anti-fraud measure, not a restriction on your access to your money. If you need to withdraw to a different method, contact isb7 support and we will guide you through the process.
Standard withdrawal processing times at isb7 are as follows:
Jackpot winnings up to Rs 10,00,000 are processed automatically. Winnings above this threshold may be subject to a brief manual verification — isb7 completes this within 24 hours and will communicate with you throughout the process. isb7 has never withheld a legitimate winning and we have no interest in doing so.
isb7 charges no withdrawal fees. Some banks or wallet providers may apply incoming transfer fees on their end — this is beyond isb7's control. You will always receive exactly what you request from isb7.
All games available on isb7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and certified by third-party auditors. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined by the RNG and is completely independent of any previous result and any actions taken by isb7 or its staff.
The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is accurate and represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is a statistical measure over millions of rounds — it does not guarantee results in any individual session. Results on any given day may differ significantly from the published RTP.
In the event of a technical malfunction — server error, disconnection, or game software error — the affected round will be voided and any bets placed during the malfunction will be returned to your balance. isb7 cannot be held liable for losses caused by third-party technical failures outside our control. Progressive jackpot pools at isb7 accumulate through a contribution from every eligible spin. The displayed jackpot counter is updated in real time and is accurate to within a few seconds. isb7 does not seed jackpot amounts artificially — the counter reflects genuine accumulated contributions only.
All jackpot prizes are paid in full to the winning player in PKR. There is no cap on jackpot payouts except where explicitly stated in the specific game's terms. Jackpot wins are considered final once the game engine has confirmed the trigger condition. No jackpot result can be appealed on the basis of the prize being unexpectedly large or small.
The isb7 VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Enrollment is automatic for all registered players. VIP points are earned on every qualifying wager and accumulate toward tier thresholds. The earning rate and tier thresholds are displayed on the VIP Club page and in your account dashboard.
VIP tier status is reviewed every 90 days. If a player's points accumulated during the review period fall below the retention threshold for their current tier, their tier will be adjusted at the next review. isb7 will provide advance notice of any upcoming tier review where a downgrade is possible, particularly for Gold tier and above players whose account managers will communicate this directly.
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday and credited every Monday. At Bronze and Silver tier, cashback credits may carry a standard wagering requirement. At Gold, Diamond, and Elite tier, cashback is paid as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement. Cashback credits not used within 30 days will be removed from your account.
isb7 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, and benefit values with 30 days notice. Existing earned cashback and confirmed bonus credits will not be retroactively removed.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information unless the suspension relates to an active fraud investigation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting isb7 support. Closed accounts will have their real-money balance (after any applicable deductions for bonus fraud) returned to the player's last-used payment method. Processing time for closure-related withdrawals is up to 5 business days.
If you want to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you can activate self-exclusion instead — this preserves your account data and allows you to return after the exclusion period ends, if you wish to do so.
Your personal data is collected and used by isb7 solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, improving our services, and complying with applicable legal requirements.
